According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northern, inner, and eastern parts of our country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in Thrace, the Western Black Sea, the coasts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, as well as the surroundings of Kocaeli, Istanbul, Sakarya, Yalova, Bursa, northern Balıkesir, eastern Çanakkale, Kütahya, northern and eastern Adana, western Kahramanmaraş, the coasts of Hatay, Artvin, Kars, and Ardahan; other areas are expected to be slightly cloudy and clear. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the western parts of Tekirdağ and the surroundings of Edirne in the evening hours. Dust transport is expected to be seen in Southeastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease slightly in the northern parts and continue to hover above seasonal norms across our country.

The wind is expected to blow generally from the north, and from the south in the southern parts of our country, light to occasionally moderate, and strong (40-60 km/h) in the Marmara region.

MARMARA

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms in the Thrace region, the surroundings of Istanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bursa, and Yalova, as well as the eastern parts of Çanakkale and the northern parts of Balıkesir during the night hours. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from the north and northeast across the region.
