According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to mostly cloudy, with precipitation expected in Muğla, the western parts of Antalya, Rize, the coastal parts of Artvin, the north of Eastern Anatolia, and the eastern parts of Van.

Precipitation is expected to be in the form of sleet and snow in the interior parts of Artvin and the north of Eastern Anatolia, and rain and showers elsewhere. Dust transport is expected in the southeastern parts of the country, icing and frost in the eastern parts, and haze and occasional fog in the northern and interior parts. There is an avalanche danger on the high slopes of the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea region and the high and steep slopes of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to rise across the country, hovering 4-8 degrees above seasonal norms.
