According to the latest assessments made by the Turkish State Meteorological Service, the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the Central and Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Mediterranean, southern Central Anatolia, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Sivas, Sinop, Bartın, and Kastamonu, as well as the western parts of Marmara, Istanbul, Bursa, Yalova, Bilecik, Kütahya, Eskişehir, Afyonkarahisar, and Muğla starting from the night hours. 

The precipitation, which will generally be in the form of rain and showers, with occasional thunderstorms, and sleet and snow in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia, is expected to be locally heavy in the coastal parts of the Eastern Black Sea, the southeast of Eastern Anatolia, the east of Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Hatay, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş, Bingöl, and Muş. Local haze and fog are expected in Marmara, the interior Aegean, and the northwest of Central Anatolia during the morning and night hours, while icing and frost are expected in the eastern parts. Dust transport is expected in Marmara and the Aegean. There is a risk of avalanches in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia.

MARMARA

It is expected to be partly to gradually very cloudy, with local rain and showers in the western parts of Marmara, Istanbul, Yalova, Bursa, and Bilecik starting from the night hours. Local haze and fog are expected during the morning and night hours. Dust transport is expected throughout the region.

The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from the south and southwest in the southeast. There is an avalanche risk on the sloped terrain with high snow cover in the region.
