According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northern, inner, and eastern parts of our country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the east of Marmara, the Black Sea, and the surroundings of Sivas, Bitlis, Ardahan, Van, and Hakkari, while other places are expected to be slightly cloudy and clear. Precipitation is generally expected to be in the form of rain and showers, and in the form of sleet and snow in the higher parts of the inner Western Black Sea, the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea, and the surroundings of Sivas, Ardahan, Bitlis, Van, and Hakkari. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the coastal areas of the Eastern Black Sea and the surroundings of Artvin and Ardahan. Mist and occasional fog are expected in the south and east of Marmara and in the inner and eastern parts during the morning and night hours, while icing and frost are expected in the east of Central Anatolia, the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea, and Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to continue to hover around seasonal norms.

The wind is generally expected to blow from the north, light to occasionally moderate, and strong (40-60 km/h) from the west and northwest in the coastal areas of the Central Black Sea and in the Eastern Black Sea.

In the MGM report, a yellow-coded warning was issued for Trabzon, Rize, Giresun, Artvin, and Ardahan.
