According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northern parts of our country are expected to be partly to, in places, very cloudy, with local downpours and thunderstorms in the eastern Black Sea coasts and the eastern surroundings of Kırklareli, while other places are expected to be slightly cloudy and clear. Precipitation is expected to be strong and, in places, very strong (21-75 kg/m2) in the east of Trabzon and the surroundings of Rize until noon. Haze and, in places, fog are expected in the north of Central Anatolia and the inner parts of the Black Sea during the morning and night hours.

Air temperatures are expected to be 2-4 degrees below seasonal norms in the northern parts of the country and around normal levels elsewhere.

The wind is generally expected to blow from northerly directions, light to occasionally moderate, and locally strong (40-60 km/h) from the north and northeast on the coasts of Marmara and the North Aegean, and from the south and southwest in the southeast of the country.
