According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM); it is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms expected across Thrace, the Mediterranean, Central Anatolia (except Eskişehir), the interior parts of the Western Black Sea, the Central and Eastern Black Sea, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Muğla, Denizli, and Afyonkarahisar.

The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy after noon in the interior parts of the Western and Central Mediterranean, the Eastern Mediterranean, the south of Central Anatolia, the north of Eastern Anatolia, and the eastern parts of Artvin.

It is estimated that temperatures will decrease slightly in the interior parts with the rainy weather, while there will be no significant change elsewhere; temperatures are expected to remain below seasonal norms in the northern, interior, and eastern parts, and around seasonal norms in other areas.

In the report, a yellow alert was issued for Adana, Ağrı, Antalya, Burdur, Erzincan, Erzurum, Hakkari, Hatay, Isparta, Mersin, Kars, Kayseri, Konya, Maraş, Niğde, Van, Karaman, Ardahan, and Osmaniye.
