According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain and downpours expected in the Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean, Western Black Sea (except Sinop), the west of Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Eskişehir, Çankırı, Ordu, Rize, and Artvin, while sleet and snow are expected in the east of Eastern Anatolia. Precipitation is expected to be locally strong in the south and west of Marmara and the Coastal Aegean. Icing and frost are expected in the interior and eastern parts during the morning and night hours, along with mist and occasional fog. There is a risk of avalanches in the high parts of the interior of the Eastern Black Sea and on the sloped areas with high snow cover in the east of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to remain around seasonal norms.

The wind is expected to blow from southerly directions, light to moderate, and strong to occasionally stormy (40-80 km/h) in the Marmara, Aegean, Western Mediterranean, the north and west of Central Anatolia, and the inland parts of the Black Sea.
