According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country overall is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the Marmara (except Çanakkale), Southern and Inner Aegean, Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, the inner parts of the Western Black Sea, the Central and Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia (except Van), and Southeastern Anatolia regions. The precipitation is expected to be generally in the form of rain and downpours, and in the form of sleet and snow in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the northeast of Eastern Anatolia. Fog and local mist are expected during the morning and night hours. There is a danger of avalanches and snowmelt in sloping areas with high snow cover in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and in Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to remain below seasonal norms in the southern parts and around seasonal norms in other areas.

The wind is expected to blow generally from the south, and from the north in the western parts of the country, light to occasionally moderate in strength.
