According to the information obtained, bone remains believed to belong to a human were discovered by workers at a reserve area construction site currently being developed by TOKİ in the Kümbet neighborhood of the Elbistan district in Kahramanmaraş.
INVESTIGATION TO DETERMINE IF REMAINS ARE HISTORICAL
Following a report by workers who found the bone remains during their work, police teams were dispatched to the area. A security cordon was established around the site, and the Elbistan Museum Directorate has initiated an investigation into the bone remains.
While the work regarding the bone remains is being carried out meticulously, it will become clear whether the remains are of historical significance following the examination to be conducted.
