Strong wind and precipitation warning from Meteorology: Here is the weather forecast for Monday, August 12, by province

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is estimated that the northern and eastern parts of the country and the inland parts of the Eastern Mediterranean will be partly cloudy, the coastal areas of the Central and Eastern Black Sea and the northeast of Eastern Anatolia will be occasionally very cloudy with local showers and thunderstorms, and other places will be slightly cloudy and clear. 

The expected precipitation today is estimated to be locally heavy in the coastal areas of Ordu, Rize, and Artvin, and the eastern surroundings of Trabzon. Winds are expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from northerly directions in the southern parts of Marmara, the northern Aegean coasts, and the inland parts of the Central Black Sea region.
