According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the northern and inner parts of the country are expected to be partly cloudy, with local downpours and thunderstorms expected in the east of Marmara, the coastal parts of the Western Black Sea, the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea, the surroundings of Erzincan and Erzurum, and the Taurus Mountains section of the Eastern Mediterranean, while other areas are expected to be mostly clear.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 3 to 5 degrees in the inner and western parts and the Black Sea region, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.
