Temperatures to rise by 8 degrees suddenly: Winter has forgotten to arrive

According to the latest assessments by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the country will be partly to mostly clear, with northern and western parts becoming mostly cloudy over time, and showers and thunderstorms are expected in Thrace, as well as the surroundings of Çanakkale and Istanbul and the western districts of Balıkesir after nighttime hours. Haze and localized fog are expected in the western, central, and eastern parts during the morning and nighttime hours.

No significant change is expected, and temperatures are forecast to continue hovering above seasonal norms (5-8 degrees) across the country.
