Turkey's coldest province has been identified

According to data on the General Directorate of Meteorology's website, Göle, where the lowest temperature of the day was measured, was followed by the Yavuzlar village in the same district with minus 20.6 degrees, and the Pazarsu village in the Pınarbaşı district of Kayseri with 19.5 degrees.

In the Göle district, where freezing temperatures are effective, trees were covered in frost and icicles formed on roofs. Vehicles had difficulty moving in the district, where roads and sidewalks were covered in ice.

In Ardahan, where the nighttime air temperature was measured at minus 17 degrees, trees were covered in frost, and icing occurred on roads and sidewalks.
