According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms expected in the Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean, Western Black Sea, the interior parts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, the north of Eastern Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Eskişehir, Sivas, and Van. 

Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of the Coastal Aegean, Istanbul, Tekirdağ, and Çanakkale, as well as the southern parts of Edirne and the northern and western parts of Balıkesir. There is a risk of avalanches on sloping terrain with high snow cover in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia. Dust transport is expected in Southeastern Anatolia.

MARMARA

It is estimated to be partly to very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected throughout the region. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Istanbul, Tekirdağ, and Çanakkale, as well as the southern parts of Edirne and the northern and western parts of Balıkesir.
