According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, it is estimated that the northern parts of the country, and over time the southern and western parts, will be partly to, in places, very cloudy, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the Marmara region, the inner Aegean, the inner parts of the Mediterranean and the surroundings of the Gulf of Iskenderun, the northwestern and southern parts of Central Anatolia, the inner parts of the Black Sea, and the surroundings of Düzce, Sinop, Samsun, Kars, and Ardahan. 

The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the northern parts of Kocaeli and in Istanbul.

It is estimated that the region will be partly to, in places, very cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms expected throughout the region.
