What is the occupancy rate of dams in Istanbul after the heavy rainfall?

Following the rainy weather wave that continued to affect Istanbul over the weekend, Istanbul's dams have also begun to fill up. 

The dams supplying water to the city have reached an occupancy rate of 22.63 percent with the recent rainfall, up from levels that had dropped as low as 16 percent.

The dams and their occupancy percentages are as follows:

Elmalı: 43

Darlık: 36

Alibey: 23.85
