According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The western parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with light showers in the southwest of the Marmara region and the surroundings of Bursa, while other areas are expected to be partly cloudy and clear. Fog and occasional mist are expected in the east of Eastern Anatolia during the morning and night hours, along with icing and frost. There is an avalanche danger in the high parts of the interior of the Eastern Black Sea region and on the high and sloping hillsides of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures, which are already 12-15 degrees above seasonal norms across the country, are expected to continue rising.

Due to the risk of icing and frost in the eastern regions during the night and morning hours, and the avalanche danger in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea region and the high and sloping hillsides of Eastern Anatolia, officials and citizens must be careful and take precautions against negative consequences such as landslides, disruptions in transportation, and snowmelt.
