According to the latest forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the northern, eastern, and eventually western parts of our country will be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the coastal areas of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, the surroundings of Sinop, Gümüşhane, Bayburt, Ardahan, Hakkari, Şırnak, and Van, as well as the coastal areas of Kastamonu, while other places are expected to be slightly cloudy and clear. Precipitation is expected to be in the form of rain in coastal areas, and sleet and snow in inland areas. Icing and frost are expected in the inland and eastern parts of our country, along with local fog and mist. There is a risk of avalanches on the high slopes of the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the high and steep slopes of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 3 to 5 degrees in the eastern parts, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

A yellow-coded warning has been issued for Giresun and Trabzon.
