According to the latest forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the northern, interior, and eastern parts of our country will be partly to very cloudy, with rain and showers expected in the coastal areas of the Eastern Black Sea and the surroundings of Ordu, and sleet and snow expected in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the surroundings of Kayseri, Kırşehir, Niğde, Nevşehir, Aksaray, Karaman, Tokat, and Ardahan, while other places will be partly cloudy and clear. Icing and frost are expected in the interior and eastern parts of our country, along with haze and local fog. There is a risk of avalanches on the high slopes of the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the high and steep slopes of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 2 to 4 degrees in the interior regions, with no significant changes elsewhere.

PROVINCES WHERE SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED

While rain is expected in the surroundings of Kırıkkale in Central Anatolia, sleet and snowfall will be effective in provinces such as Kayseri, Kırşehir, Niğde, and Çankırı. Haze and local frost events will be seen throughout the region.
