According to the latest forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the west of Marmara, the Aegean (except Afyonkarahisar), the Mediterranean, the east of Central Anatolia, the Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia (except Iğdır and Van), Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Yalova, Istanbul, Karaman, and Çorum.

The precipitation is expected to be generally in the form of rain and showers, with occasional thunderstorms on the coasts, and sleet and snow in the highlands of the northeast of Central Anatolia, the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea, and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the west of Marmara, the Coastal Aegean, the Eastern Mediterranean, the east of Antalya, and the surroundings of Gaziantep, Kilis, and Adıyaman.

The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from southerly directions in the west of Marmara and the Coastal Aegean. Icing and frost are expected in the interior and eastern parts of our country, along with haze and occasional fog. There is a risk of avalanches in the high interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and on the high and steep slopes of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 2 to 4 degrees in the western parts and increase by 3 to 5 degrees in Southeastern Anatolia and the Central Black Sea region.
