Yellow alert from Meteorology for 10 cities: Heavy rain, storms, and dust transport are coming!

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms expected in the east of Marmara, the east of the Eastern Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, the Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia (except Bitlis and Şırnak), and the surroundings of Şanlıurfa, Gaziantep, Kilis, Adıyaman, and Diyarbakır. Rainfall is expected to be heavy on the coasts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from southerly directions in the southeast of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to increase by 2 to 4 degrees in the inner and western parts, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

The wind is expected to blow generally from the north, and from the south in the southeastern parts of the country, light to occasionally moderate, and strong with short-term storms (50-80 km/h) in the southeast of Eastern Anatolia.
