According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the northern and eastern parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms expected in the coastal areas of the Central Black Sea, the Eastern Black Sea, and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia, while other areas are expected to be mostly clear and sunny. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Trabzon and Rize, as well as in the north of Artvin.
Haze and fog are expected in places in the south and east of Marmara, the Inner Aegean, the north of Central Anatolia, the interior parts of the Black Sea, and the northeast of Eastern Anatolia during the morning and night hours.
