According to the assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northern, inner, and eastern parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the east of Marmara, the Black Sea, the north and east of Central and Eastern Anatolia, and the east of Southeastern Anatolia, while other areas are expected to be slightly cloudy. Precipitation, which is expected to be heavy in the surroundings of Sinop, Samsun, Ordu, Giresun, and Rize, as well as the coastal parts of Kastamonu, the north and east of Tokat, the east of Trabzon, and the coastal parts of Artvin, is expected to fall generally as sleet and snow, and as rain in coastal areas. Icing and frost are expected in the inner and eastern regions during the morning and night hours. There is a risk of avalanches in the high-altitude inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea region and in the sloped areas with high snow cover in the east of Eastern Anatolia.

Temperatures are expected to remain below seasonal norms across the country.

The wind is expected to blow generally from northerly directions, and from southerly directions in the east of Southeastern Anatolia and the southeast of Eastern Anatolia, light to occasionally moderate, and is expected to blow as strong and locally short-term storms (40-70 km/h) from northerly directions in the south of the Coastal Aegean, the Mediterranean, the south and east of Central Anatolia, and the coasts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea.
