2025 Milky Way Photographer of the Year competition features an image from space for the first time
Travel photography blog Capture the Atlas has curated a selection of the best Milky Way photos in its eighth year. The showcased photos also consist of the winners of the 2025 Milky Way Photographer of the Year competition. For the first time in the competition, an image from space is included, thanks to the contribution of NASA astronaut Don Pettit.
