61 members from the New Welfare Party join the AKP: 'This transition is not a preference, it is a stance'
In the Kepsut district of Balıkesir, New Welfare Party Kepsut District Chairman Hüseyin Çetinkaya, along with three levels of the district organization, district women's and youth branch presidents, council members, and 61 party members, joined the AKP.

Speaking at the ceremony for the participation in the AKP, AKP Balıkesir Provincial Chairman Mehmet Aydemir emphasized that the development is not just a political transition, but the result of a shared vision and cause. Aydemir said, "Today, we witnessed a very meaningful moment in Kepsut. Starting with the New Welfare Party Kepsut District Chairman Mr. Hüseyin Çetinkaya; Women's Branch President Ms. Emine Çakın, Youth Branch President Mr. Hüseyin Yıldız, our Council Member Mr. Emre Özen, and 61 of our esteemed fellow travelers accompanying them have joined our AKP family. This choice is a source of pride for us."
