Announcing on her social media account that she completed her master's degree in the Sports Management department at Marmara University with a GPA of 3.90 out of 4, Karaarslan also shared her graduation photo.
In the message accompanying her post, Karaarslan stated, “After graduating from Marmara University as the top student in my department, I am proud to have completed my master's degree in Sports Management with a 3.90 GPA. While going through the two most difficult and painful years of my life, it was very valuable for me not to compromise on my academic life. Endless thanks to my friends who stood by me during this process. People who have suffered are dangerous, because they know how to fight well.”
CONTROVERSIAL VIDEO ALLEGATION
Following the circulation of a video on social media last season alleging that she had a relationship with 61-year-old observer Orhan Erdemir, the TFF banned both Karaarslan and Erdemir for life. Arguing that the video was a product of artificial intelligence, Karaarslan stated that the person in the footage was not her and announced that she would initiate legal proceedings through her lawyers.
