Another palace from Rönesans: Turkey's largest Courthouse is under construction

Rönesans Holding, which built the Presidential Palace on the Atatürk Forest Farm (AOÇ) land in Ankara and the Summer Palace in Okluk Bay, Marmaris, is now building the world's largest Courthouse.
According to a report by Sözcü, the massive project rising on the former MIT campus aims to bring civil, criminal, labor, and enforcement courts under one roof.
The tender, which concluded on December 8, 2023, for 23 billion 998 million liras, was canceled by the Administrative Court on the grounds that the "negotiation procedure was violated." However, the Council of State overturned the cancellation decision, allowing the process to continue. The project, for which the foundation was laid on September 19, 2024, is progressing rapidly.
ATTENTION DRAWN TO BILLION-LIRA PROJECTS
Erman Ilıcak, the owner of Rönesans Holding, makes a name for himself with high-budget projects.
The company, which previously made headlines with city hospital projects, currently operates five city hospitals. It has also undertaken projects such as the Cerrahpaşa Medical Hospital and the Istanbul Sancaktepe City Hospital.
