In the terrorist attack on Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) in Ankara, 5 people were martyred and 22 were injured.
According to information provided by Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya, the attack took place at the TUSAŞ Kahramankazan campus. Following the attack, President Erdoğan condemned the terrorism and wished God's mercy upon the martyrs. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, in his statement regarding the attack, said, "I condemn this heinous terrorist attack and wish God's mercy upon our martyrs." Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç stated that within the scope of the judicial investigation launched by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, one deputy chief public prosecutor and eight public prosecutors have been assigned.
Following the attack, ASAL Research shared the results of a poll reflecting public opinion on the fight against terrorism.
In the poll, citizens were asked the question, "Do the USA and Israel have influence over the terrorist organization PKK?" While 81.6% of participants answered "yes," 11.2% said "no," and 7.2% responded with "no opinion/no answer."
