Attention Dubai chocolate lovers! New decision for shredded wheat and pistachio cream
As the Dubai chocolate craze continues, the Afyonkarahisar Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry has initiated official inspections for the inner cream of Dubai chocolate intended for export to Libya and Azerbaijan.

Aflatoxin analysis was performed on samples taken by the Afyonkarahisar Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, confirming that the chocolate's inner cream complies with Turkish food regulations and international standards.
Following the procedures carried out through the Food Safety Information System (GGBS), a health certificate was issued.
'READY FOR EXPORT'
In a statement, the Afyonkarahisar Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry said, “Teams from the Food and Feed Branch Directorate conducted official inspections for the inner cream of Dubai chocolate to be exported to Libya and Azerbaijan.
During the inspection, conducted in line with Turkey's commitment to food safety, the production and storage processes of the products were meticulously examined.
The inner cream of the Dubai chocolate has met all the necessary requirements for export and is now ready to be sent to international markets.
Products that reach the world with Turkey's values both contribute to the national economy and strengthen the reliable Turkish stamp in the international arena,” the statement read.
Recently, pistachios sent to Italy were returned from customs due to containing aflatoxin.
It had been alleged that the returned pistachios were being used in Dubai chocolate.
