According to information provided by the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), a 4.3-magnitude earthquake occurred in the center of Bitlis at 05:50.
In the statement, the depth of the earthquake was recorded as 8.71 kilometers.
Geoscientist Prof. Dr. Naci Görür issued a notable warning on his social media account following the earthquake.
