Fethullahist Terrorist Organization (FETÖ) ringleader Fethullah Gülen has died at the hospital where he was receiving treatment in the USA.
A statement regarding the cause of death of the 83-year-old Gülen has been released by St. Luke's Hospital.
According to Voice of America reporter Mehmet Sümer, Gülen died of natural causes.
In a statement on his social media account, Mehmet Sümer used the following expressions;
"A video was released featuring Dr. Douglas Degler, one of the doctors at St. Luke's Hospital where Fethullah Gülen was receiving treatment, stating that Gülen was being treated at the hospital and died of natural causes. The hospital administration has left all of our questions unanswered so far."
HE HAD CHRONIC HEALTH ISSUES
It was known that terrorist leader Fethullah Gülen, who died on October 20, had long been suffering from chronic health issues such as kidney failure and diabetes.
The organization had debated hiding the news of his death but eventually decided to announce it. Intelligence sources had stated that there was no question of bringing Gülen's body to Turkey.
