A ruling has been issued in the lawsuit filed by businesswoman İpek Kıraç to annul her father İnan Kıraç's marriage to Emine Alangoya on December 20, 2024. The Anatolian 18th Family Court delivered its decision in the case, which was opened on the grounds that her father lacked the legal capacity to act.
The report prepared for İnan Kıraç, who appeared before a panel at the 10th Specialized Board of the Council of Forensic Medicine, had stated that a guardian should be appointed.

According to the report by Uzay Kesmen from Habertürk, the court decided to revoke İnan Kıraç's legal capacity. Lawyer Atakan Yılmaz and lawyer Mert Öztekin were appointed as temporary guardians.
The court also ordered that a guardianship injunction be placed on İnan Kıraç's movable assets and bank accounts, as well as his shares in companies and any funds or stocks he may hold.
