The Istanbul Anatolian 23rd High Criminal Court returned the indictment prepared by the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office on the grounds that no assessment was made by obtaining HTS records and that the forensic medical report was not awaited. The prosecutor's office appealed this decision.

According to the report by Cengiz Anıl Bölükbaş from T24, the Istanbul Anatolian 24th High Criminal Court overturned the return decision.

Following this, the Istanbul Anatolian 23rd High Criminal Court accepted the indictment, set January 31 as the hearing date, and sent a series of letters to the relevant institutions to complete the deficiencies in the file.

'ATTEMPTED PREMEDITATED MURDER'

In the indictment, which includes seven suspects, prison sentences ranging from 10 to 23 years were requested for the suspects for crimes such as 'attempted premeditated murder' and 'violation of the Law No. 6136 on Firearms'.
