In an operation targeting the DAESH terrorist organization centered in Yalova and spanning 4 provinces, 4 of the detained suspects were arrested, while 9 were released under judicial control.

According to the information received, teams from the Yalova Police Department's Intelligence Branch and Counter-Terrorism Branch conducted an operation against the DAESH terrorist organization with the support of Police Special Operations.
A simultaneous operation was carried out at a total of 14 addresses identified in Yalova, Diyarbakır, Ankara, and Sakarya to apprehend suspects who were determined to have engaged in organizational propaganda, established contact with organization members, transferred financial resources to the organization's structure, and operated within the organization's women's wing.
During searches conducted at the residences of the 13 detained suspects, 21 digital materials, 17 documents of various types, and 2 CDs were seized.
Of the suspects referred to judicial authorities, 4 were arrested, and 9 were released under judicial control.
