According to the information obtained, a piece of concrete that broke off from a building being demolished as part of urban transformation fell on the head of a 6-year-old girl named T.U., who was walking on the sidewalk with her mother at the time. The child, who was seriously injured, collapsed to the ground, and the mother went into shock. Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The child, who was taken to the hospital after the first intervention by medical teams, lost her life despite all interventions.
