Erdoğan gives the signal: Is a 3rd cabinet reshuffle coming?

President and AKP Chairman Erdoğan signaled a cabinet reshuffle following his official visits to Albania and Serbia. 

Following the March 31 local elections, a Cabinet reshuffle took place months later, with Istanbul Provincial Health Director Kemal Memişoğlu appointed to replace Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca, and Murat Kurum, who lost the election to Ekrem İmamoğlu in Istanbul, appointed to replace Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Mehmet Özhaseki. 

On the plane, Erdoğan responded to the question, "There is a process of change within the AK Party, and you have repeatedly stated that there will be a renewal. So, will this change be limited to the staff, or will we also see changes in the party program and the party bylaws?" as follows: 

Our party program is already constantly subject to change. But alongside this, of course, there may be some changes in the administrative mechanisms and within our party. Similarly, there may be changes among the Deputy Chairmen. As you know, two of our colleagues in the cabinet were subject to change. Now, in this new process, just as there may be some changes among the Deputy Chairmen, we will make our evaluations regarding the cabinet as well, depending on the situation. There may be some changes there too.

Following Erdoğan's statement, all eyes have turned to a potential third cabinet change.

Minister of Transport and Infrastructure: Abdulkadir Uraloğlu

Minister of Trade: Ömer Bolat

Minister of Culture and Tourism: Mehmet Nuri Ersoy
