Flash statement from Güzide Duran! Response to romance rumors with Okan Buruk

Famous model Güzide Duran, who was the winner of the 1996 Best Model of Turkey, announced that she had decided to end her 16-year marriage and would be divorcing her businessman husband, Adnan Aksoy.

Duran, who has 2 children with Aksoy, has recently been linked to rumors of a romance with Galatasaray Manager Okan Buruk. Duran has now put an end to the speculation.

'YOU SAY HELLO, AND IT BECOMES AN ISSUE'

"Because we are getting a divorce, my name is being linked with everyone. You say hello to someone, and it immediately becomes an issue. It is impossible for such a thing to be happening right now. I have known Okan Buruk for a very long time. It would be wrong not to say hello when you see an old friend. Can't a married woman be friends with the opposite sex?"

The famous model also spoke about the end of her 16-year marriage. Emphasizing that they have obtained a confidentiality order, she said:

"I do not want to comment on the father of my children. We have already obtained a confidentiality order, and it would not be right for me to speak on this matter. I have decided never to bring this issue to the agenda on my own behalf. My priority will always be my children."

Güzide Duran, who married businessman Adnan Aksoy in 2008, had been living a life away from the public eye with their 2 children.

When rumors of a separation surfaced recently, Duran confirmed the divorce news by saying, “Yes, we are currently going through a process.”
