In Antalya, a man who set his girlfriend's car on fire by pouring gasoline on it did not stop there and also burned the minibus he was driving, which belonged to his mother. A nearby pickup truck was also damaged by the spreading flames, and the suspect was taken into custody by police teams.

The incident occurred around 20:15 on 336 Street in the Bayındır neighborhood of the Muratpaşa district.
According to the information obtained, a man named Hüseyin A. argued with his girlfriend for a reason yet to be determined.
He then poured gasoline from a canister onto the minibus he was driving, which belonged to his mother and bore the license plate 07 AJA 014, and the car belonging to his girlfriend, which bore the license plate 06 BP 973, and set them on fire.
The flames from the vehicles, which began to burn in a short time, also spread to a parked pickup truck with the license plate 07 AGA 267, belonging to Bahri Ş.
Upon the notification of neighborhood residents who heard the explosion sounds, numerous fire and police teams were dispatched to the area.
While the two vehicles were completely burned and turned to ash, material damage occurred to the pickup truck to which the flames had spread.

Bahri Ş., whose vehicle was damaged, stated that he was in great shock while describing the moment of the incident, and expressed that when he went out to the street upon hearing the explosion sounds, he saw that his vehicle had started to burn.
Hüseyin A., who was taken into custody by police teams following the incident, was taken to the police station.
An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
