WHAT IS BASE SALARY?
The base salary is the raw salary calculated by the Social Security Institution (SGK), taking into account a retiree's insurance period, premium days, and earnings subject to premiums. In other words, this salary represents the actual earned pension, excluding any additional payments, social balance contributions, or improvements.

2. Type “4B Emekli Aylığı” (4B Pension) into the search bar.
3. Open the SGK statement page.
4. Find the “Ek Madde 19 İntibak Fark Tutarı” (Additional Article 19 Adjustment Difference Amount) section at the bottom of the page.
5. Subtract the amount here from 14,469 TL to calculate the base salary.
