Let us put our phones on silent before entering the mosque or gatherings. Let us perform our prayers and have our conversations in peace. Sometimes we encounter very different things. Some of you have 'Bartın Çiftetellisi' playing, others have 'Azdavaylı Safiye'. It is not appropriate while praying. It causes a distraction. It is a bit out of place.

Please let us be careful. Therefore, when setting a ringtone, choose nice sounds like birds chirping or rain sounds; put such nice things. The best thing is to put it on silent, but rather than putting on different music like Çiftetelli, let us put on nice things like bird sounds or rain sounds so that if we forget to put it on silent, we hear bird sounds," he said.

Following the warnings in the short sermon, the imam and the congregation performed the evening prayer without any phone ringtones going off.
