TOKİ has launched a housing campaign in 29 provinces, including Istanbul and Ankara. The apartments in the campaign will be offered for sale via auction on October 16.

The provinces where TOKİ will conduct housing sales include Adana, Afyonkarahisar, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Burdur, Bursa, Çankırı, Çorum, Erzincan, Erzurum, Eskişehir, Giresun, Gümüşhane, İstanbul, Karaman, Kars, Kayseri, Kırıkkale, Kocaeli, Konya, Nevşehir, Ordu, Samsun, Siirt, Tokat, Trabzon, Tunceli, and Uşak.
The residences will be offered for sale via auction on October 16, 2024, at 10:30 AM.
Purchased residences cannot be transferred to third parties for a period of 1 year from the date of handover.
Installment payments will be increased twice a year based on the Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) determined by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK).
