Income tax record holders announced: Who is at the top?

Turkey's 2023 income tax record-holders list has been announced. The names in the top three spots on the list remain unchanged from 2022.

According to data released by the Revenue Administration, Baykar Chairman of the Board Selçuk Bayraktar was the income tax record holder in 2023.

Bayraktar ranked first with an accrual of 1.95 billion liras.

Haluk Bayraktar took second place.

The third place went to Mustafa Rahmi Koç. Rahmi Koç's accrued tax was recorded as 480 million liras.

İpek Kıraç, who ranks fifth on the list, had an accrued tax of 480 million liras.

Koç Holding Chairman of the Board Ömer Koç ranked 7th with an accrual of 261.7 million liras.

As for the corporate tax record holders, the top three spots were taken by Ziraat Bank, Garanti Bank, and Akbank.
