Indictment completed in Narin Güran murder case! Everything happened in 33 minutes!

Breaking news developments are emerging regarding the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran, who went missing in Diyarbakır. Most recently, an indictment regarding Narin's death was prepared.

Finally, a decision was made to forcibly bring 22 people, including her father Arif Güran, to the first trial on November 7 regarding the Narin Güran murder. Here are the latest developments regarding the Narin Güran murder case.

NARİN GÜRAN INDICTMENT

The indictment recalled that the first official report on August 21, the day Narin went missing, was made by her brother Baran Güran by calling the 112 Emergency Call Center at approximately 20:43.

Camera footage from the Tavşantepe Primary School shows Narin leaving the camera's field of view at 15:11 on the same day and heading toward the path leading to her home.

It was determined that a suspicious vehicle entered the camera's field of view of the farm opposite Tavşantepe at 15:41 on the same day, and that the vehicle stopped on the dirt road near Eğertutmaz Creek at approximately 15:44.

According to the camera time, it was determined that the vehicle, which was red, left the vicinity of Eğertutmaz Creek 38 minutes and 11 seconds later.

Following the camera records, it was clearly determined that the vehicle was the one used by Nevzat Bahtiyar.

The indictment, which also includes HTS and base station records, shows that the 4 suspects acted together and were in the same place before and after the murder on the day of the incident. According to HTS records;

*It was determined that mother Yüksel Güran was at her home when her phone was turned off at 14:28; and that she was still at her residence when it was turned on at 15:38 on the same day.

*It was determined that brother Enes Güran was at his residence when his phone was turned off at 14:30 on the day of the incident, and that he was still at the residence when his phone was turned on at 15:41 on the same day.

*It was recorded that uncle Salim Güran left his residence at approximately 14:52 on the day of the incident, was in and around Arif Güran's residence (Narin's house) until 15:19, moved to the area of the barn at 15:20, and was at Arif's house and its outbuildings until 16:10.

*It was determined that Nevzat Bahtiyar left his residence after speaking with Salim Güran on the phone at 15:08 on the day of the incident, was in and around Arif's residence, arrived at Arif's house at approximately 15:27, was at the house until 15:35 on the same day, then left, and was at the location where Narin's body was found at approximately 16:00.

CAMERA RECORDS

Stating that camera records overlooking Eğertutmaz Creek were examined in detail in line with the possibility that family members and suspects knew the location where Narin Güran's lifeless body was found, the indictment stated that it was determined a vehicle was moving toward the location where the body was found at approximately 22:35 on the day of the incident, stopped at the area where the body was found at 22:48, and began to return at approximately 22:55. It was stated that when this matter is evaluated within the framework of the expert report on narrow-area base station analysis and the HTS analysis report, it is clearly determined that the person who came to the place where the body was found in the camera records is the suspect Salim Güran.

The indictment stated, "Considering the HTS analysis reports and the expert report on narrow-area base station analysis, it has been clearly established that all suspects were at the residence. It is concluded that the suspects, who were in unity of time and place, acted with the intent of participation in a unity of thought and action, establishing joint control over the act of killing, and killed Narin Güran by strangulation for an undetermined reason and motive, and that there is sufficient suspicion that they committed the crime they are charged with as joint perpetrators."

The indictment stated that it was determined that family members held frequent meetings within the framework of patrol activities carried out by law enforcement officers in the Tavşantepe neighborhood. The indictment, which stated that it was determined that Erhan and Barış Güran, who are also under investigation, installed security cameras at their residences after the incident, said the following:

"In the initial examination of the images obtained from the search carried out with the participation of law enforcement officers, especially the camera records at Erhan Güran's residence, it was determined that family members came together frequently, especially during night hours, and although the camera records had audio features, the sounds were not of an understandable nature."
