The individual, whose fall was being prevented by people holding onto his hands for a while, slipped out of his jacket and fell to the ground.
Those moments were captured second by second on mobile phone cameras.
The individual, who received initial medical intervention from health teams dispatched to the scene upon notification, was later taken to Karabük Training and Research Hospital. An investigation into the incident has been initiated.
