'Naked person' incident under the bridge
A strange incident occurring under a bridge in the İzmit district of Kocaeli both surprised and unsettled onlookers. Police teams were dispatched to the location after an individual began exhibiting strange behavior while naked.

The incident occurred under the bridge located on Elzem Street in the Yahyakaptan neighborhood.According to the information obtained,a passerbynoticedunder the bridgethat anaked individual was lying on the ground and performing strange movements.
The citizen, who had difficultyunderstanding what was happening,recorded those moments with a mobile phone camera.
Inthe footage, it was seen that the individuallay on the ground under the bridge for a whileand performed nonsensical movements from time to time.Following the report,
police teams arrived at the scene and intervened with the individual who was found naked.The teamsclothed the individual, took them under control, and initiated proceedings regarding the incident.
