While Instagram remains blocked in Turkey, a new feature of interest to users around the world has been added to the platform.
Meta has taken a significant step for Instagram, doubling the number of items that can be shared in a single post. Users can now share up to 20 photos and videos in one post.
A single post was often not enough in previous versions of Instagram. Especially for multiple images from vacations, often referred to as a 'dump,' users were limited to sharing only up to 10 items due to Instagram's restrictions.
According to a report by Engadget.com, the number of photos and videos allowed has been doubled starting today. An Instagram spokesperson speaking to Engadget stated that the limit has been increased from 10 to 20 pieces of media.
They also added that the update has begun as of today and will reach the entire world in stages.
