Promotion race among banks: Here are the bank promotion rates

Banks have increased their promotion offers for citizens who want to transfer their pension salaries. In campaigns that will continue until December 31, 2024, those who commit to receiving their pension salary from the same bank for 3 years will receive a cash promotion payment.

While promotion amounts at private banks go up to 20,000 TL, this amount has reached 24,000 TL with the campaign offered by VakıfBank.

When SGK retirees transfer their salaries to VakıfBank:

They receive a cash promotion of up to 12,000 TL.

Additionally, they can earn up to 1,000 TL per month from purchases made with the VakıfBank Troy Pension Credit Card and Troy Pension Debit Card, totaling another 12,000 TL over 12 months.

Thus, VakıfBank offers retirees a total payment opportunity of up to 24,000 TL.

İş Bankası: Promotion Opportunity Based on Salary

İş Bankası makes promotion payments to SGK retirees based on their salary bracket.

5,000 TL: For salaries up to 10,000 TL

8,000 TL: For salaries between 10,000 TL and 15,000 TL

10,000 TL: For salaries between 15,000 TL and 20,000 TL

12,000 TL: For salaries of 20,000 TL and above

HOW IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS?

Retirees who want to transfer their salaries can apply to banks through branches or via e-Devlet. When a more advantageous offer is presented, a bank change can be made before the current commitment period expires. However, the promotion received for the remaining period must be refunded.

OTHER BANKS ARE ALSO IN THE COMPETITION

Public banks Ziraat Bankası and Halkbank offer promotions of up to 12,000 TL to retirees, while this amount rises to 20,000 TL at private banks. Promotion offers and payment details vary from bank to bank.

It is important for retirees to follow the current offers of banks so as not to miss new opportunities regarding salary promotions.

VAKIFBANK PENSION PROMOTION

For our SGK retirees who will transfer their salaries to VakıfBank, in addition to a promotion of up to 12,000 TL; there is a cash payment opportunity of up to 1,000 TL per month, totaling up to 12,000 TL in 12 months, for purchases made with the VakıfBank Troy Pension Credit Card and Troy Pension Debit Card.

SGK retirees who transfer their SGK pension salary to VakıfBank between July 1 and December 31, 2024, or whose first salary bank is VakıfBank as a new retiree, will be able to benefit from the campaign.

The 1-month pension salary amount;

Up to 10,000 TL (excluding 10,000 TL) will receive a total of 5,000 TL for 3 years,

Between 10,000 TL and 15,000 TL (excluding 15,000 TL) will receive a total of 8,000 TL for 3 years,

Between 15,000 TL and 20,000 TL (excluding 20,000 TL) will receive a total of 10,000 TL for 3 years,

20,000 TL and more will receive a total of 12,000 TL as a cash promotion payment in advance for 3 years.

HALKBANK PENSION PROMOTION

All SGK retirees who commit to receiving their pension salary through our Bank for 3 years can benefit from a promotion payment of up to 12,000 TL.

Salary Amount;

Those with 10,000 TL - 14,999.99 TL will receive 8,000 TL,

Those with 15,000 TL - 19,999.99 TL will receive 10,000 TL

Those with 20,000 TL and above will receive a 12,000 TL promotion payment.

Ziraat Bankası PENSION PROMOTION

An opportunity for a promotion payment of up to 12,000 TL is offered to our customers who receive their SGK (Emekli Sandığı, SSK, Bağ-Kur) pension salary payments through our Bank.

A 3-year advance promotion payment is made. Applications from our customers can be accepted without refunding the ongoing promotion amounts related to 2022, and the refund amount related to the previous period will be systematically deducted when the 2024 promotion payment is made.

For our customers who receive their pension salaries through our Bank to benefit from the promotion payment, it is sufficient to apply stating that they will receive their salary payments through our Bank for 3 years.

For our customers who receive more than one pension salary payment from our Bank, the promotion amount to be paid is calculated based on the total of the salary amounts.

By transferring your SGK (SSK, Bağ-Kur, and Emekli Sandığı) pension salary to ING, you can earn an additional unconditional cash promotion of up to 15,000 TL based on your salary amount. Additionally, you can earn a total cash promotion of up to 20,000 TL by taking advantage of up to 3,000 TL for your Automatic Bill Payment Order and 2,000 TL additional cash promotions with the Orange Account Campaign.
