With the updated list, a second scandal has emerged at Sarıyer Börekçisi, one of Istanbul's famous pastry shops.
In the report prepared by the Ministry, it was determined that Sarıyer Börekçisi used offal instead of minced meat in its minced meat pastries.
Previously, poultry meat and offal were found in minced meat pastries sold at the Meşhur Sarıyer Börekçisi in Sultangazi, offal and head meat were found in minced meat pastries at the Meşhur Sarıyer Börekçisi in Pendik, and animal gizzard was found in minced meat pastries at the Meşhur Sarıyer Börekçisi in Kağıthane.
