Singer Simge Sağın was scheduled to give a concert on the previous evening at the International Apple Agriculture and Culture Festival held in the Çivril district of Denizli.
However, Sağın suffered a coughing fit just minutes before the concert was set to begin.
The pop singer, who was having difficulty breathing, was taken to Çivril State Hospital after his condition worsened and was placed under treatment there.
Sharing a post from the hospital, Simge Sağın addressed her fans, saying, "Friends, unfortunately, we cannot hold my concert due to a coughing fit. I love all the people of Çivril who are waiting for me. I will announce our new date."
