"I want to ask this, for example, let's say people who are not middle class but have an income a bit lower than that, people working for minimum wage, they cannot go to your shop."

"Well, our prices are not that high; I specifically tried to keep it at a bistro level. It's not a restaurant that would be called luxury, but of course, it would cost 2000-3000 TL per person."

Responding to Avşar's follow-up comment, "So it's not for minimum wage. Maybe you are affordable for those above that," Sivrioğlu said, "We specifically wanted to set the prices this way. We didn't want it to be a very expensive place."
